Crystal Bishop, COA Practice Administrator

Crystal has been our Practice Administrator providing over ten years’ experience. As our administrator for our busy
ophthalmic practice, she possesses extensive knowledge and vast experience with operating a successful healthcare practice.

Crystal attended a program at Georgetown University and was certified through the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology.  Following her certification, she worked with Emory University, where she was involved in an intensive FDA Clinical Research Trial to approve Lasik Eye Surgery within the United States.  After her time at Emory University, She became Clinical Manager and Refractive Surgery Administrator
for a large ophthalmic practice in Wilmington, DE.

Crystal has memberships in Philadelphia Regional Ophthalmic Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Delaware County Medical Society.  She has ongoing participation in the PROS continuing educational courses and American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators.

Sanji Wilson, Clinical Manager

Sanji is a native of Chester, Pennsylvania, where she attended Chester High School
and Morgan State University.  Sanji has
worked as a certified ophthalmic technician since 1986, where she studied under
the tutelage of Dr. George Spaeth at Wills Eye Hospital.

She then furthered her studies at Scheie Eye Institute with Dr. Edwin Keates. She
has been with our practice for over fifteen years, and has fulfilled many roles
in our office, starting out as a technician and then becoming our clinical
manager.  She now works as our Custom Cataract coordinator. Sanji’s vast knowledge, friendly smile, and bubbly
personality puts the patients at ease, making them feel right at home and providing excellent care.
