Elina Dorfman, O.D.

Dr. Elina "Ellie" Dorfman grew up in Minnesota and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Kansas, majoring in biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, graduating summa cum laude.

Dr. Dorfman trained further at eye care center across the country, focusing on ocular disease, pediatrics and contact lenses. Completing her training with clinical excellence at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. Dr. Dorfman has professional experience working at Drexel University and Wills Eye Hospital.

Dr. Dorfman is excited to join Ophthalmic Surgical Associates and provide high-quality, compassionate eye care to her patients. She will be providing comprehensive eye exams, treating all forms of chronic and emergent ocular disease and contact lens fittings.


Megan Buliano, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Megan Buliano received her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  Upon graduation, she completed a residency in low vision and primary care  at West Haven VA Hospital, West Haven, Connecticut.

Professional memberships include American Optometric Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and a fellow of American Academy of Optometry. She has been published in Cataract and Refractive Surgery Today.

Dr. Buliano is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care including contact lenses and management of ocular disease.


John Noyes, O.D.

Dr. John Noyes is an optometrist who performs comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings, along with medical exams.  He received his Doctor of Optometry from New England College 1991, where he graduated with honors.

Through the years of experience he has embraced new diagnostic techniques and treatment options for such conditions as, dry eye disease, inflammatory eye disease and glaucoma.

Dr. Noyes enjoys implementing a plan to help his patients' to achieve their best visual outcome possible.
